The Role
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing long-term, quality clients, through expert product knowledge and quality customer service.
Based from our Philippines office, and reporting to our headquarters in Brisbane, Australia. Your geographic service area will be the Philippine market and would require travelling on the job.
• You know everything you need to know about the market and your competitors
• An expert on frozen dessert for the QSR industry – strategies, concepts, winners and losers in the industry
• Know the blended beverages market
• Search the market for new opportunities
• Develop relationships with new prospects and clients
• Work closely with the R&D and Marketing Teams in developing solutions for new clients
• Grow your current clients/accounts
• Strengthen the relationships with current clients
• Understand the market and the client better than they do and offer great solutions
• Think outside the box on how to help the client to grow
• Work with Research & Development and Marketing Teams in developing concepts and menus for our client/s
The Candidate:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Able to prioritise and use initiative
• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers
• Able to work under pressure
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Punctual and reliable
• Knowledge of Salesforce, desired
• Flexibility to work additional hours, when required
• Private transport
